Tom Rinicker, Neighbor

After retiring from the Navy is 1996, I decided to pursue an interest in buildings and construction that had been instilled in me by my Dad, Grandad and Uncle.  As each home I look at is unique, every days brings a new logic puzzle to decipher. 

I am an ASHI Certified Inspector, a BPI Building Analyst, an International Code Council Residential Building and Electrical Inspector and a member of InterNACHI.  I have been a Florida Green Building Coalition Certifying Agent and a National Association of Home Builders Certified Green Professional.

My interests are in efficient and sustainable living as well as building science.  Other interests are aviation, motorcycles and dog training.

I reside in Land O Lakes with my wife, daughter, 3 dogs and our cat.
