One of the benefits of being a Snowbird is walking the Causway every day.
We own a condo on Honeymoon Island so we pass by Sail Honeymoon several times a day every day.
We applaud that this businessman will be able to spend his time and energy on being more successful in his endeavors which will benefit us all.
Being a full time taxpayer even though a part time resident I would recommend that the City of Dunedins leaders grant this 10 year lease with a 5 year extension.

    Bon Appitet is our favorite.
New outside bar on a warm day is the best.
Great view of waterfront, full menu, great staff .
Who could ask for anything more!

To show you how little you know, when we moved here in 1969 my husband opened up two plants in this State that employed over 400 people for many years.
Unfortunately as with many manufacturing jobs they disappeared because of the economy. We brought our conservative ideas and values to NH with us and still practice them. My first encounter with the true NH values was when I went to get my NH license in 1969. I was used to the Mass. attitude of shut up and wait till I am good and ready to wait on you. Instead I received a warm welcome to the State of NH. Anything we can do to help you feel free to call. I was overwhelmed with the attitude of the State employees.
Unfortunately this has changed and it shows in your mean spirited reply.
If you just got out of the wrong side of the bed this am I forgive your rudeness.
    Have a nice day.

In a few words, you, without insulting anyone, stated the truth.
In 1969 we moved to NH from Mass. for my husbands job and we still live here.
We loved this State and the difference between the politics in NH and Mass. Now there is almost no difference . Everyone wants something for nothing.
If you do not want to Volunteer for the State Legislature do not run. All costs to travel back and forth to Concord should be reimbursed in full.
No freebies at all. Just like the dreaded Private Sector.

The reason these stores are "underperforming" is that their prices are so high.
Same with Publix. The only way to food shop around here is to buy what is on sale from each store and stock up with BOGO free.
Sorry these people are losing their jobs.

God bless all the poor innocent souls that died in this horrific happening today.
I hope that people will give the families and friends of these poor families a chance to grieve before they start about gun control.
Weather you are pro or anti NRA now is not the time to even bring it up.
Let us all put our energies into supporting these people.
No one who has not lost a child can ever understand what these people are going through.

We love the warm weather and most of the people. But that is normal. What we find upsetting, and dangerous is the way people from Florida drive and the kind of vehicles that are allowed on the road. When you have no inspections and can drive with no insurance you certainly have a bunch of junk cars being driven by people with no insurance and mostly no sense or they would not be driving these junks.
I for one find your statements amusing. We eat out almost every day for the 5 months we are in Dunedin and are warmly welcomed every time we return because we let it be known we are happy to be in our winter home. So when we get a hug and a smile from restaurant and shop owners we will consider that our welcome back and not this missive of yours.
