Peace Couture 'Fashion' Show to Benefit The Spring of Tampa Bay

The Fourth Annual Peace Couture Fashion Event to benefit The Spring of Tampa Bay takes place on Friday, Nov. 9. It has a runway show, live music, artists and shopping. All proceeds benefit The Spring of Tampa Bay, which serves as the Hillsborough County-certified domestic violence center.
