Pure Barre Opening Friday in Carrollwood
The ballet inspired workout is gaining popularity.
One of the newest coolest workouts is coming to Carrollwood. Pure Barre Carrollwood is set to open on Friday Feb. 1 at 12921 N. Dale Mabry Highway. Pure Barre, offers a ballet-inspired fitness routine, that works to tone your thighs, abs and arms and burn fat. The ballet barre workout has exploded in popularity since its inception in 2001. The workout uses small isometric movements at the ballet barre set to motivating music. Since it began franchising in July 2009, more than 110 Pure Barre locations have opened nationwide. Carrollwood Patch caught up with the Carrollwood location franchise owner last year.
