Carrollwood Neighborhoods Conference Held on March 16
The free conference will be at Hillsborough Community College's Dale Mabry Campus, 4001 Tampa Bay Boulevard.
The 10th Annual Neighborhoods Conference will be held from 8 a.m. until 2:30 p.m. on Saturday, March 16.
