Melting Pot Restaurant Featured on Hit A&E Television Series

The Tampa based Melting Pot restaurant is the world’s premier fondue restaurant franchise with more than 140 locations across the world.

The Melting Pot Restaurant was recently featured on the Emmy-winning A&E series "Be The Boss." The show faces off two lower-level employees from the ranks, giving them the chance at what they think is a big promotion. In each episode, the CEO summons two deserving candidates to the company headquarters and subsequently puts them through a series of challenges to test their mettle at being in a senior management role. Both employees battle to prove they should earn the promotion. Ladies Night Fondue Style at Melting Pot

The Melting Pot restaurants are starting a new girls night out event.

Forget the movies. So long to spa days. The next time you and the girls hang out The Melting Pots hope you'll add fondue to the equation. The event Femme Fatale de Fondue was announced on Thursday. The event will take place Nov. 5-7 at the Melting Pot locations in Tampa, St. Petersburg and Sarasota. Locally, The Melting Pot is located at 13164 North Dale Mabry Highway in Tampa. Ladies are invited to come dressed to kill in devilishly glamorous attire and enjoy a special four-course fondue dinner along with $5 cocktail specials created specifically for the occasion featuring Grey Goose Cherry Noir Vodka and Filthy Black Cherry. Melting Pot Golf Classic Served up Help for St. Jude

The Nov. 14 Melting Pot Golf Classic at Emerald Greens Golf & Country Club started with an early lunch supplied by Burger 21 followed by a shotgun start at noon. Parks Lincoln sponsored a hole-in-one prize of a free two-year lease on a new Lincoln MKX at one of the holes. There were several other prizes scattered along the course, also sponsored by Parks Lincoln. On the course, The Melting Pot provided chocolate fondue and sangria, and Grillsmith gave away fish tacos and margaritas.  For those who didn't want to golf, there were cooking classes with Grillsmith's executive chef Joe Guli and Melting Pot's executive chef Shane Schaibly.  Proceeds from the classic will benefit St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
