Born in Queens, New York, and raised in South Florida, Chef George Panagiotopoulos has been cooking for 13 years. Currently, he’s the general manager and head chef at the Carrollwood Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza, 13020 N. Dale Mabry Highway. Anthony’s offers a variety of pizzas, salads, sandwiches, wings and “Italian soul food.” Patch's Gina Melton recently sat down with Chef Panagiotopoulos to chat about all things pizza.
