The change occurs on Monday, Oct. 1.
I'm taking my talents to south Tampa. Starting Oct. 1, I'll become local editor for two existing Patch sites: South Tampa and Seminole Heights. We launched Carrollwood Patch on Dec. 29, 2010, and experienced a much-needed name change to Carrollwood-Northdale Patch earlier this year. Since then, myself and a committed team of freelancers have written about a wide range of topics, from coyote sightings to interesting local people following their dreams. Starting Monday, Carrollwood and Northdale news will be in the more than capable hands of current Westchase Local Editor Nicole Hutcheson. We're looking for bloggers who can riff on various topics, share their personality and engage our readers in discussions in the Local Voices section of our site.
