USF Celebrates Inaugural ‘Bulls Walk and Bike Week’ Sept. 10-14
The campus is promoting pedestrian and bicycle safety.
From the Florida Department of Transportation: To actively promote pedestrian and bicycle safety at the University of South Florida and its surrounding area, the Center for Urban Transportation Research (CUTR) at USF has obtained approval from the FDOT Traffic Safety Office to conduct the first ever USF Bulls Walk and Bike Week: Walk Wise, Bike Smart, and Drive Carefully educational campaign. The campaign will take place on the USF Tampa campus, Sept. 10-14. USF President Judy Genshaft, FDOT District 7 Director Jim Moulton, and Hillsborough MPO Executive Director Raymond Chiaramonte are scheduled to speak.
