This location is a combination martial arts pro shop and 6,000 square foot state-of-the-art training facility/dojo. Ingram's Karate offers classes for every age, including structured programs for Lil' Dragons (3-5 year olds), kids (6-12), teens (13-17) and adults (18+) at novice, intermediate and advanced levels. 

The curriculum is designed to promote traditional karate and values through practical and effective self-defense techniques.  Students of Ingram's Karate acquire valuable non-tangible skills such as coordination, balance, agility, life skills and self-confidence in a safe, fun and productive environment.  Parents are invited and encouraged to watch sessions. Adult classes in karate, qi gong, tai chi, and fitness (combining aerobic training and core strengthening exercises) are available.
