Rude, Unfriendly staff. After shopping there for several years, I always felt that most staff there was rude and unfriendly, but on my last visit it was confirmed all the way to the corporate level. While shopping I asked to use the restroom. The staff LIED and said the toilet would not flush. Because of a medical problem where I could not wait, I went anyway. The toilet and sink worked perfectly. I called the main office to voice my concern and after a lengthy explanation by manager, Ryan Higgins, I was told that if I agreed to pay for the cost of liability insurance to allow customers to use the restroom, they would open it to the public. After calling back to reach Mike Higgins, Ryan's father and manager, Ryan picked up and said Mike was not available to speak to me and if he was he wouldn't and then told me I was not allowed back in the store. Needless to say, I hadn't planned on going back after I left there. Hopefully they treat the kids better than they treat customers.
