Wish I didnt even have to put 1 Star. These people will try to rip you off period. They are all about sales and don't even take you through the process of how they come to offer price, they just shove a paper in front of you and say show me your license and sign it. They are hoping to force you into selling your jewelry for 55%-60% of the value. The lady told me that my offer was 80% of value and it was really less than 60%..They lie.. Save yourself the time and go somewhere else where they run a professional business.
