Anesthesia-Free Teeth Cleaning for Pets Now Available in Carrollwood

Local pet store Groovy Cats & Dogs is happy to announce a new service: anesthesia-free teeth cleaning for dogs and cats on select dates for a limited time. 

The service will be performed periodically, most likely every other month. The first date the service will be available is Saturday, June 2 from 9:30 am to 1:30 pm. We have partnered with Canine Dental Service Inc. and Dr. Kristen Swanson, Holistic Veterinarian, to perform dental services in our store using no anesthesia or drugs! The cost for this unique and essential medical service is $165 per pet. Your pet gets a complete veterinary physical exam prior to their teeth cleaning.  

Teeth cleaning on pets should be performed every six months, just like their human counterparts! Since most pet owners do not want to expose their best friends to anesthesia and drugs that often, their pets just go without proper dental care.

This is not acceptable for your best friend!  Not only does this cause bad breath, but it can also lead to more serious conditions like dental abscesses, heart disease, diabetes, liver or kidney disease, Urinary tract infections, and more.
Dr. Kristen starts cleaning pets teeth at one year of age, but also provide this service to pets of any age. Canine Dental Service Inc. has cleaned the teeth of pets who have heart murmurs, autoimmune disease, liver or kidney disease, or other medical conditions in which anesthesia is a risk.

Space is limited, so call today to reserve your pet's spot for teeth cleaning. A $20 deposit is needed to reserve your spot, and the remaining $145 is payable on June 2.
