Mary Jo’s Performing Arts Academy
Creative Steps Preschool

Mary Jo’s Performing Arts Academy is proud to announce the opening of Creative Steps Academy.  This new and exciting Performing Arts Preschool Program being offered at Mary Jo’s Performing Arts Academy and is the first of its kind in our area. This program provides 3-5 year old children with a successful learning environment focusing on their physical, cognitive, language, and social development.  Our certified instructors will teach pre-kindergarten skills and incorporate the arts into the curriculum.  The arts are a perfect avenue to allow children to explore their creativity and tap their imagination while integrating fine and gross motor skills.  Students will discover self-expression, learn peer interaction, foster problem solving skills and stimulate curiosity.

Research has shown that by exposing children to the performing arts, we help them to improve their critical thinking skills, develop their self-confidence and better prepare them for their future academic endeavors.  Mary Jo’s Performing Arts Academy has been specializing in Preschool development while bringing structure and creativity to the Tampa Bay Area for over 30 years.

Our goal is to provide a safe and stimulating environment that will promote the emotional, social, physical and cognitive growth of your child.  Our preschoolers will discover self-expression, learn peer interaction, foster problem solving skills and stimulate their curiosity.  They will explore basic academic concepts while integrating creative movement, tumbling, music, art, storytelling and theatre classes on a daily basis.

Come discover the difference for yourself and watch your child’s imagination come to life!  For more information, please contact the Mary Jo’s Performing Arts Academy at 813.969.0240.
