9th Annual Tour De Village 5K Run & 1 Mile Fun Walk

Carrollwood Village Phase I, II & III Homeowners Associations invite you to join your friends and neighbors on Saturday, March 17, at Tour de Village 2012. Run or walk over the greens, through the woods and around large ponds, crossing through the heart of Carrollwood Village. Both distances are professionally timed and entirely on grass. Official race results will be posted at www.coolrunning.com   A portion of the event proceeds will benefit The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society® www.LLS.org or www.teamintraining.org/sun and Relay For Life: Carrollwood www.facebook.com/RelayForLifeofCarrollwood.

Fees & Rules: 5K Run 8:30am start. 7:00am sign-in & packet pick-up. $15 adults - $10 children 6-12 1 Mile Fun Walk 9:30am start. 8:00am sign-in & packet pick-up. $10 adults - $5 children 6-12 Add $5 to any fee at race day. Strollers are asked to participate at the rear of the event. Rain or shine.   Goodies & Door Prizes: The first 200 registered participants receive a race t-shirt and gift bag. Complimentary bottled water and a variety of snacks for everybody. After the awards ceremony stay for great door prizes raffle. All entries are eligible to win.   Awards: In the 5K, trophies are given to the overall male and female winner and medals in age groups from 10 & under to 70 & over. Top Ten 1 Mile walkers receive a medal.
