Held at Tampa's Raymond James Stadium, the Outback Bowl has provided a post-season football fix for die-hard fans throughout the Bay area for 25 years. The Penn State University Nittany Lions and the University of Florida Gators will go head to head for the championship title. This nationally televised event will feature a pre-bowl bash outside the stadium, complete with food, beer live music, and entertainment. Be sure to stay in your seat for the halftime show, bands from both schools will perform along with thousands of high school musicians and dancers.
The 2011 Outback Bowl is sponsored by Outback Steakhouse and the ABC network. the stadium will open at 11:30am and kickoff is set for 1:00pm. If you can't make it to the big game, check your local listings for the live television broadcast.
