Viewfinder: Relay For Life

Relay for Life kicked off at Gaither High School on Friday. Patch took some shots.

The American Cancer Society and the Carrollwood Area Business Association hosted Relay for Life at Gaither High School last week.

The 18-hour marathon started at 6 p.m. on Friday and continued until noon on Saturday.

Members of participating teams took turns walking around the tracks of the school located at 16200 N. Dale Mabry Highway.

The event was designed to raise money to help cure cancer.
