Your Ombudsman: Help For Patients And Caregivers at the Jimmie B. Keel Regional Library

As part of Older Americans/Elder Law Month, the law firm of attorney Emma Hemness presents Colonel Don Hering. Hering is the Deputy State Ombudsman of Field Operations with the Florida Ombudsman Program. He will describe the help his office can offer to patients, advocates and caregivers, in addition to addressing problems they deal with concerning Floridians in long term care facilities.
