Libraries Gear Up For Centennial Celebrations

Learn how to become a sponsor of the library system's celebration.

The Hillsborough County Library system will begin celebrating its Centennial celebration on Jan. 1, 2014. The system is gearing up now by requesting sponsorships from people, businesses and organizations that wish to be a part of the celebration.

The centennial celebration will carry the theme Changing Lives, Transforming Communities, and it will take place throughout the library system and at other Hillsborough County locations in 2014.

Sponsorships are needed to cover costs or provide in-kind services for events and programs; advertisements; print and collateral materials to provide public information and promotion; food for the public; and more, according to a press release issued by Hillsborough County government.

Sponsorship packages of $100; $500; $1,000; $5,000; and $10,000 are available.
