Thieves Snag $3K in Brahmin Purses

Hillsborough County Sheriff’s deputies are on the lookout for two women they say swiped 10 purses valued at more than $3,000.

The crime took place around 10:05 a.m. May 21 when two women walked into the Westfield Citrus Park Dillard’s, 9161 Citrus Park Town Center Mall, and helped themselves to 10 Brahmin purses and then proceeded to walk out of the store.

The women were caught on store surveillance video. The sheriff’s office just released the video June 17.

The two women in question are described as:

• A black woman between the age of 45 to 45. She stands about 5 feet, 3 inches in height and weighs about 140 pounds. The woman is described as having a medium build, long black hair, has tattoos on her arms and was last seen wearing long, false eyelashes.
• A black woman between the age of 30 and 40. She is about 5 feet, 7 inches in height and weighs about 160 pounds. The woman has a muscular build, long black hair and was wearing false eyelashes.
