Sheriff's Office: No Charges in Road Rage Incident
One man died following the incident that occurred near Waters Avenue in November
Charges will not be filed against a man who fatally stabbed another man during a road rage incident in November near Waters and Manhattan avenues, according to the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office.
On Nov. 21, Alcisviades Polanco, 62, cut off Wathson Adelson, 20. That caused Adelson to speed around Polanco and stop his car, according to the sheriff's office. Then, Adelson got out of his car. The two men got into an argument, and Polanco grabbed an ice pick and stabbed Adelson in the head and arm, according to the sheriff's office.
Adelson later died at St. Joseph's Hospital.
