Man allegedly robbed store on Feb. 19

Authorities from the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office are on the lookout for a man they say walked into a Walgreen's pharmacy in Carrollwood, approached a clerk and demanded prescription pills. When the clerk refused, the man fled, according to the sheriff's office.

The attempted strong armed robbery occurred at 7:59 p.m. on Saturday at the Walgreen's at 13130 N. Dale Mabry Highway, according to the sheriff's office.

The man was spotted on a surveillance video. He is described as being a white man in his late 20's who is about 5'11" and weighs between 145-155 lbs. with a thin build, according to the sheriff's office. The man has medium length dark hair, facial stubble and a goatee.

He also has a Swastika tattoo over his right eye, and was last seen wearing a gray baseball cap, black hooded sweatshirt, plaid shirt and black pants.

Anyone with information on the suspect is being asked to call the sheriff's office at 813-247-8200.
