According to the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office, Michael Joseph Poarch, 36, was driving a 2001 Dodge pickup truck westbound on Van Dyke around 2:20 a.m. today, April 15. As Poarch’s truck approached the sharp right curve just east of Dale Mabry Highway, it left the road and struck a tree.
