Local Editor Headed to South Tampa, Seminole Heights

I'm taking my talents to south Tampa.

Starting Oct. 1, I'll become local editor for two existing Patch sites: South Tampa and Seminole Heights.

We launched Carrollwood Patch on Dec. 29, 2010, and experienced a much-needed name change to Carrollwood-Northdale Patch earlier this year.

Since then, myself and a committed team of freelancers have written about a wide range of topics, from coyote sightings to interesting local people following their dreams.

Starting Monday, Carrollwood and Northdale news will be in the more than capable hands of current Westchase Local Editor Nicole Hutcheson.

So before I go, I want to do something simple to let visitors of Carrollwood-Northdale Patch know how much your daily comments, story ideas and shared Facebook stories have been appreciated: Thank you.
