Editor Needs Your Help

It's only been a couple days since I began my local editor duties for Carrollwood-Northdale Patch, but I'm already getting a sense of what this community is all about - and I love it!

As soon as Camille made the announcement that I'd be covering your town, I began getting warm emails from residents, community figures and business owners welcoming me. What's more, they provided great insight on the issues that make this community tick.

On the surface Carrollwood-Northdale seems like a bustling commuter artery of Tampa Bay. But on a closer inspection it's certainly more than that. It's a place filled with people striving to accomplish their business goals, schools looking to produce bright students, families seeking safety and security in their neighborhoods and much much more.

My goal as your local editor is to capture all these stories and in the process inform, and sometimes entertain you as the reader. I'm not a super hero (even though I am partial to a nice cape) so I may miss the mark sometimes. What I can promise you is that I'll try everyday.

But I need your help, too.
