Community Update

Had a pedicure and artificial nails put on. Owner slapped the nails on as I was having my pedicure done, covering my cuticles in product and leaving huge gaps between my nail and the artificial nails. Another technician finished what he started, cutting my cuticles with the nail drill, drawing blood and just wiping it off with her finger! I went back to the owner for the airbrushing, which was terrible and he left paint all over my fingers. I went back the next day because I was so upset, asking for my money back and to have the nails removed. Owner refused to refund my money but offered to "fix". Fixing was yet another tech prying the recently applied nails off with HIS OWN finger nail and a fake nail he pulled out of his utility drawer. I got up and walked out! Worst service I have EVER received in a nail salon. They weren't even in the least bit remorseful or sorry!
