Adoptions Fees Only $20 for Cats and Kittens

HCAS has had a busy season with stray and owner surrender cats and kittens and to reduce the shelter's population is offering all cats and kittens fully vetted (spay / neuter, microchip, vaccinations and license) for only $20.
