Are you dehydrated?

It is very important that the amount of water that is lost by sweat or other means is replaced. According to the American Council on Exercise, it is recommended that women consume 2.7 liters or 91 oz daily and men consume 3.7 liters or 125 oz. Your body will lose more than a quart of water daily according to the different exercises you are involved in.

Dehydration leads to a loss of hand-eye coordination and function. It can impair your vision. Dehydration will also lead to muscle fatigue. That is when you are very tired and your muscles and body are exhausted. When you do not have enough water in your system you will lose massive amounts of energy.
