New Class for Adults: Recipes for a Healthy Life

Tampa, Florida – The Life
Enrichment Center is registering now for a new health program, Recipes for a Healthy Life. This class
will help participants maintain a healthy balance in your life, mentally and
physically. Each week you will explore a different topic,



ranging from nutrition to
relaxation, and including maintaining a healthy diet, menu planning, sharing
recipes, losing and maintaining a healthy weight, incorporating physical
activity into your lifestyle, and eating sensibly.



This class is support group based
and will be facilitated by Sandy Wehle. Ms. Wehle recently received an award
from the Tampa Bay Healthcare Collaborative in honor of her volunteer work
teaching health classes at the Life
Enrichment Center.

Join us for a free introductory class on your first visit. Classes meet on
Thursdays from 12:00 p.m.-1:00 p.m. The first session starts on Thursday,
August 1st through September 26, 2013. Cost is $4.00 per class;
classes are held at the Life Enrichment Center,
9704 N. Boulevard, Tampa
33612. Classes are always open to new participants.



Classes are open to adults of
all ages.  Class size is limited. To
