Life Amplified 2.0 STOPH8 - Spoken Word and Talent Showcase

After the successful production of their first spoken word showcase in January 2013, The WriteOne Creative Services and Tampa Pitcher Show have teamed up again to put on Life Amplified 2.0 STOPH8, a spoken word and talent showcase whose platform is bully-prevention.

The event will be hosted by humanitarian and entrepreneur Kellie Lightbourn, Mrs. Universe 2012-1, ABC Consumer Action Update Host, and Lifetime's Designing Spaces host.

Join us at Tampa Pitcher Show on Saturday, May 18th, 1-5pm for Life Amplified, a community spoken word and talent showcase featuring the original talents of 22 local performers.

Mikel Soulhop - called the next Justin Timberlake, who recently signed to UAAMusic label - will be headlining the special event.

See spoken word poets, singers, dancers, comedians and a 9 year old rapper for just $8 per ticket. Tickets on sale at door, online or in advance after 5:30 p.m. at box office any day at Tampa Pitcher Show, 14416 N. Dale Mabry Hwy.

A portion of proceeds benefits local nonprofit Teen Edge's Be-YOU-ty Camp which in its inception last summer paired girls from the community with patients at the Shriner's Hospital. They enjoyed a week-long camp learning about positive self-image, self-esteem, bully-prevention among other topics from strong female role models.
