EcoFest 2013

Carrollwood author, Karen A. Lynch, will be signing copies of the Irish edition of Irish Holiday Fairy Tales, by Finn McCool, the Magic Leprechaun Cat, the purrrfect gift, at EcoFest 2013. EcoFest will be held at the Learning Gate Community School, Saturday, February, 2, 2013, from 9:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Finn McCool, the Magic Leprechaun Cat is spokescat for Lynch's self-funded cat rescue, Florida Cause for Pause. Finn is a real cat, born of a feral mother, Lady Angel, in Lynch's bedroom. His job as spokescat is to bring awareness to the plight of homeless, helpless kittens and cats, and through his stories and his book, Irish Holiday Fairy Tales help support Florida Cause for Paws' work. All Finn's stories are based on Irish legend, folklore, or history. Each beautifully illustrated story celebrates the Celtic heritage of Ireland, and features a different magic leprechaun cat relative of Finn's from his home on the mystical, magical Hill of Tara. Finn invites you to make a little magic yourself and help a kitten or cat by buying a copy of Irish Holiday Fairy Tales. All proceeds from the sale of Irish Holiday Fairy Tales go to support Florida Cause for Paws and her sister charity, The Cork Animal Care Society of Cork, Ireland.
