Community Update

I have never written a bad review before, but I am highly disappointed with the service. I went in for a 1 hour massage and a 1 hour facial. My appointment was at 2:00. I planned to get there 5 mins early. I have never been there before so I used google maps. When I arrived to the destination, I could not find the place. I drove around for 15 minutes in the chipotle parking lot and the bed bath and beyond parking lot, calling the spa 3 times to ask where they were located. I finally got in touch with someone and they said that it is across the street and that google maps takes you to the shopping center across the street. If you are aware of this, you may want to mention it over the phone. I got there at 2:10 and apologized repeatedly. I asked if this would cut into my massage or facial time, and if so, I'd rather reschedule one or both of my appointments. She assured me that it would not and told me that they were running a few minutes late anyways. I was brought back for my massage at 2:20 and was done at 3:15. The massage was ok, not the best, but nothing I would complain about. My facial is what I am mad about. The facial was supposed to be an hour long, including a face and shoulder massage. I started my facial at 3:25 and she ended at 3:53. She didn't give a massage at all. When I got to the front desk, I expressed my disappointment in the facial, because it was supposed to be an hour and I didn't receive a massage. I was told by the lady that did my facial (I will leave her name unknown, because I don't want others to judge her off of my experience) that it was cut short because I was late and she didn't want to run late for her other clients. I completely understand that and respect that, which is why I offered to reschedule my appointment(s) in the first place. They ended up taking $10 off of my service, which was nice, but I would rather pay more for a good facial. I was very disappointed with my experience and the service there. I will not be going back, nor will I recommend anyone to go there.
