After days of afternoon showers and torrential downpours, Carrollwood and Northdale residents are probably ready for a break.
It looks like they’ll get it!
According to the National Weather Service, the weekend forecast for the area should deliver lots of sunshine with very few chances for rain. Today’s outlook is sunny and hot with a high temperature in the lower 90s. While some clouds and light winds are likely, the conditions are ripe to give us a feels like temperature that’s just shy of 100 degrees.
Saturday is shaping up to deliver more of the same with a high in the lower 90s and lows in the upper 70s. Rain chances do creep back in on Sunday, but only isolated thunderstorms are anticipated.
