LEC Offering Afternoon Art Class on Acrylics

The Life Enrichment Center is registering now for new six-week class for adults called Bold Acrylics.

Learn new and exciting ways to enhance your acrylic paintings. Beginners and artists with some experience will enjoy the use of bold colors to produce landscapes, portraits and fantasy paintings.

Classes will meet Fridays from from 1 p.m. until 3 p.m. from Aug. 19 through September 30.  The cost for the class is $75 for members, $90 for non-members. Annual membership to the Life Enrichment Center starts at $30.

This class will be taught by accomplished acrylic and watercolor artist Frank Bolock. 

Bolock attended the Art Institute of Pittsburgh with additional coursework at Carnegie Mellon. Bolock’s work has been widely exhibited in numerous locations in the Tampa Bay area and throughout the United States and his art is held in private collections throughout the country.

Classes are open to adults of all ages.  Class size is limited, advance registration is required.
