will be held Dec. 1 and Dec. 2 at Lake Park in Lutz,

When: Dec. 1 from 10a.m.-5p.m. and Dec. 2 10a.m.-4p.m.  at Lake Park, 17302 Dale Mabry Hwy in Lutz.

Cost: Admission to festival is free, but Hillsborough County charges $2 per car to enter the park.
