Healthy Fast Food Chain To Open in Carrollwood
EVOS Carrollwood will start serving their organic burgers before the end of the year.
Carrollwood residents who seek a healthier fast food option can rejoice. EVOS, a fast food chain that specializes in organic burgers and air baked chicken, has plans to open in Carrollwood.
The location is planned for 10205 Lake Carroll Way in Carrollwood Center. A sign displaying EVOS' logo is up on anchor location at the strip mall. The Carrollwood store would be 2,100-square-foot.
EVOS Carrollwood is expected to open late summer to early fall, according to Stephanie Amberg, a spokesperson for the restaurant.

The South Tampa based chain has considered Carrollwood a target market for years, according to Michael Jeffers, one of EVOS founders.
In addition to 7 Florida locations including Westshore and St. Petersburg, EVOS has locations in Georgia and North Carolina.

In addition to normal fast food fare including burgers and salads, the restaurant is known for its organic milk shakes.
