Get Your Pets Ready for Natural Paws-A-Palooza

Get Fido ready for a treat from Groovy Cats & Dogs, an all-natural pet boutique.

Natural Paws-A-Palooza will be held from 11 a.m. until 3 p.m. on Oct. 8. The event will include information sessions presented by Chuck Harris, founding partner of Raw Health Pet Food; Amy Weeks, a Victoria Stilwell Positively trainer and owner of Amy’s Canine Kindergarten and Yvonne Guibert, owner of Groovy Cats & Dogs.

Those who attend can also meet volunteers and pets from Paws for Friendship, a local organization that offers animal assisted therapy through its network of volunteers who share their personal pets with people in need.  In addition to free admission and parking, guests will enjoy:

• Free snacks and treat samples (for pets and their owners)
• A Pawsome treasure hunt prize raffle for prizes worth over $2,000, including the grand prize: One year’s worth of dog food donated by Natural Balance, co-sponsor of the event
• Free samples and special offers
• Free canine massages with Julie from Canine Comfort Pet Massage
• Pet portraits with Laura Allen Studios (by appointment, sitting fees start at $7)
• Ask the trainer with Amy from Amy’s Canine Kindergarten
• Meet other local area pet businesses and experts

Groovy Cats & Dogs, an all-natural pet boutique located in Original Carrollwood. The boutique is located in the Carrollwood Center at 10213-B Lake Carroll Way, and is open seven days a week, Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. until 7 p.m., Saturday from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m. and Sunday from 11 a.m. until 4 p.m. Well-behaved leashed pets are always welcome to visit for a complimentary treat.
