Food Truck Festival Benefits Ben Hill Middle School
The festival takes place at the school on May 11.

While those two things might not normally seem to go together, an upcoming event hopes to change that. On May 11, gourmet food trucks plan to rally at a local school for a blow-out fundraiser.
More than 50 food trucks and vendors from Tampa, Orlando, Gainesville and Clearwater are set to arrive at Ben Hill Middle School, 5200 Ehrlich Road, just in time for lunch. Money raised during the festival benefits the school.

In addition to good eats, there will be live music and entertainment.
The food truck festival is a Generate Food Truck Event. The organization plays host to food truck rallies across the region.
