Cultural Center Hosting Kids Art Show

Exhibit will be unveiled on Nov. 4

The Gallery at Carrollwood Cultural Center will host exhibits by Suncoast Kid’s Place and the International Society of Acrylic Painters this month.

The Suncoast Kids’ Place will present their first annual art show, Expressions of Grief & Hope: Art by Grieving Children & Teens, which will include artwork from children that interpret the pain, fear, courage and strength that they have endured during their time of healing after the loss of a loved one. The exhibit will be unveiled during a public reception on Friday, Nov. 4 at 6 p.m.

“We have been working to expand the Gallery at Carrollwood Cultural Center, and I am so pleased to work with Suncoast Kid’s Place and help provide a venue for these young artists to professionally display their work,” said Executive Director Paul Berg.
