Looking for some Halloween fun?
Westfield Citrus Park is the place to go.
The mall has two days of fun planned. On Saturday, Oct. 27 kids can take part in the mall's Halloween costume contest. The festivities continue on Oct. 31 when there will be trick-or-treating for kids 12 and under throughout the mall.
"Costume contests, free crafts, balloon twisting, face painting and more," will be available to mall goers, said Taylor Clifton, Westfield Citrus Park marketing manager.
For guests who want to show off their costumes, the contest will be as follows:
- 11 a.m., ages 3 and under
- 1 p.m., ages 4 to 7
- 2 p.m., ages 8 to 12
On Oct. 31, everyone is welcomed to join in the mall's Halloween night of trick-or-treating from 5 to 7 p.m.
Kids can also decorate a free trick-or-treat bag to tote around their treats.
Trick-or-treaters will be welcomed at the entrance at the front of the mall and will be able to pick up a a free trick-or-treat bag and fill it with treats. They'll also be able to decorate a trick-or-treat bag, Clifton said.
“October brings the best of autumn, a time for families to come together to celebrate traditions," Clifton said. "Westfield Citrus Park is excited to kick-off the season with our family shoppers with Spooktacular fun and our PlaySpace grand opening. Come out and join us for a wicked good time.”
