Tate & Tilly Hosting 'Girl's Night Out'

If you're a busy woman who's on the go with kids or career, , a boutique that opened earlier this year in Carrollwood, has an upcoming event just for you.

"Girl's Night Out" will be held from 4 p.m. until 9 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 15 at the boutique, 14349 N. Dale Mabry Highway.

Some highlights: Cheryl Visalli from "Time for Wine" will have wines available for tasting and purchase, with proceeds going to Toys for Tots, and Wendi Braswell, a style and beauty coach, will offer beauty tips and do a make-up demonstration.

Also, anyone who brings an unwrapped gift for Toys for Tots will get 10 percent off their purchase that night.

The event is designed for women in the community who need some pampering during the holiday season, said Lisa Demmi, owner of

"Sometimes, women get so busy taking care of everybody else that they don't take care of themselves," said Demmi, who worked on the event's social media campaign. "You get great products and people, wine and pampering."

Angie Neubner, who runs a boutique called Thing-A-Ma-Jigs located inside of Tate & Tilly, said the variety of items available for purchase ranges from jewelry and T-shirts to scarves and coats.

"It's like 10 boutiques under one roof," she said.
