Public Meeting Discussing Vehicle Access to Whole Foods
The meeting begins at 6:30 p.m. tonight at the Northdale Recreation Center, 15550 Spring Pine Drive
In case you hadn't heard, Whole Foods Market is headed to Northdale this year.
To prepare for the health food chain's arrival in Northdale near the intersection of north Dale Mabry Highway and Northdale Boulevard, Hillsborough County is hosting a public meeting now to talk about proposed improvements to the road medians on Northdale Boulevard from Dale Mabry Highway to Premiere Drive.
The goal is to provide safe turning along Northdale Boulevard. The median at Altimira Drive is proposed to be modified to eliminate northbound left turns from Altimira Drive onto Northdale Boulevard. A westbound left turn into the Whole Foods Store also is proposed to be added through the median modifications.
