Patch: What do you wish everyone who came into your shop knew about you?

Patterson: CABA has been the premier business association in this area for 26 years.  Not only to we promote business-to-business networking, we are present at numerous events throughout the year in our community such as Northdale Family Fun Festival, Walk Like MADD, ACS Relay for Life, Tour de Village, Kids Fest, and many more.  We also have donated over $50K through the years to local schools and nonprofits.

Patch: Tell us a quick story about a time you provided awesome customer service:

Patterson: One of our members was having a hard time accessing their profile on our CABA website of www.usecaba.com. She had e-mailed me the day before, and I sent her step-by-step instructions on how to perform the task at hand. She called me at 6 p.m. on a Friday night (office closes at 5 p.m.) while I was out watering flowers with my son, desperate for technological help.  I returned her call within 5 minutes, and she was so appreciative because she wanted to get out an e-mail regarding a grand opening they were having. I walked her through every step of the process and she was able to get her message out instead of having to wait until Monday morning.
