Acrylic Painting Class Offered at LEC

The Life Enrichment Center is registering now for an evening art class, "Painting in Acrylics and Oils."

In this class, students will learn the basics of oil or acrylic painting. Perspective, floor, mixing, blending and brush control will be explored.  This class will expand  artistic knowledge and skills.  Students of all levels are welcome.

The class will be held on Wednesday evenings from Oct. 26 through Nov. 30 from 6:30 p.m. until 8:30 p.m.  Classes meet at the Life Enrichment Center, 9704 North Boulevard, Tampa. 

Cost for the six-week course is $75 for members of the Life Enrichment Center or $90 for non-members. Annual membership to the Life Enrichment Center starts at $30. 

The course will be taught by well-known artist and instructor Tim Gibbons. His goal is to provide his students with the techniques, skills and inspiration to further appreciate and create a lifelong love and understanding of art in their everyday life.
