The Life Enrichment Center is registering now for an evening art class, Painting in Acrylics & Oils. In this class, students will learn the basics of oil or acrylic painting. Perspective, floor, mixing, blending and brush control will be explored. This class will expand artistic knowledge and skills. Students of all levels are welcome.
Painting in Acrylics & Oils will be held on Wednesday evenings, from Feb. 15 until March 21, from 6:30 p.m. until 8:30 p.m. Classes meet at the Life Enrichment Center, 9704 North Boulevard, Tampa. Cost for the six-week course is $75 for members of the Life Enrichment Center or $90 for non-members. Annual membership to the Life Enrichment Center starts at $30.
The course will be taught by artist and instructor Tim Gibbons. Gibbons graduated from the University of West Florida with a degree in Humanities, and has been teaching art classes for more than 30 years.
