Want to Learn How to Knit or Crochet?

Life Enrichment center offering course

The Life Enrichment Center has opened registration for its knitting and crocheting class.

The six-week class is open to both beginners and those who are experienced. It will meet from 1 p.m. until 3 p.m. on Wednesdays.

The next session will start on Feb. 23 and run through March 30. The cost is $36.

The class is taught by Sandy Wehle, a certified knitting instructor by the Craft Yarn Council of America. Students will be taught how to make projects that include scarves and sweaters.

If you're interested, bring a set of size eight knitting needles and two skeins of four-ply yarn.
