The Life Enrichment Center is registering for a new 6 week class for adults, Painting in Pastels.
Award winning artist Lorraine Potocki, will be teaching the class. She has exhibited her work widely throughout the Tampa Bay area and beyond.
New students will receive an introduction to the basics of pastel painting, beginning with composition, colors and values, and working toward desired result whether realistic or abstract, and blending techniques.

Experienced students will further develop their knowledge of pastel experimenting with different size paper and under-painting media (pastels,
watercolor, acrylic.)
This class will expand artistic knowledge and skills and is open to artists of
all levels.

Painting in Pastels will be held on Mondays from 1:00 p.m.-3:00 p.m. beginning May 21 through June 7.
Painting in Pastels meets at the Life Enrichment Center, 9704 North Boulevard, Tampa.
Cost for the class is $75 for Life Enrichment Center members or $90 for
non-members. Annual membership starts at $30.
Class size is limited and requires advance registration. There will be no
