Tai Chi Class Offered at Life Enrichment Center
Center offers a variety of classes
The Life Enrichment Center is registering adults for its tai chi class.
The class, which will be held over a six-week span, will meet on Monday evenings starting on Feb. 14 until March 21.
Classes will be held at MOSI (Museum of Science & Industry), 4801 E. Fowler Avenue.

The beginners class will be held from 6 to 7 p.m. The intermediate class will be held from 7 to 8 p.m.
Tai chi has been used to improve strength, balance and stamina, and can also help increase bone density and reduce blood pressure. Students in the class will learn to move in an ergonomic manner.

The class will be taught by Dr. Josef Tan.
The session will cost $60. Class size is limited and requires advanced registration. To register, go to www.lifeenrichmenttampa.org.
