North Tampa Arts League Show Next Week

This just in from the North Tampa Arts League:

The opening of Cecilia’s Tapas & Wine Bar restaurant is Thursday,  September 20, next to Seasons Fresh Café at 2816 East Bearss Avenue.   

For the first few months, the North Tampa Arts League will be showcasing their art at the new restaurant. There will be 11 NTAL artists displaying a diverse medium which range from photography to abstracts, large and small pieces.  The pieces were selected by Cecilia Ball, the owner, and the NTAL events committee, headed by Carol Northington.  

An example of Northington’s work which can be seen at Cecilia’s Tapas & Wine Bar is “Sea Dragon” acrylic on canvas. Northington is the past president  of the NTAL. She said the NTAL which has grown in members and had similar shows in many venues throughout the North Tampa area.
