Life Enrichment Center Registering For New Classes
Center offers a variety of classes
The Life Enrichment Center is registering for two new classes that will begin in March.
The first class is an astronomy workshop for adults called "Hands-On Telescope Operation."
This class will teach students how to operate a Dobsonian Reflecting telescope. Students will learn how to use a star chart and learn the parts of a telescope.

The workshop will be held from 6 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. on March 16. The cost is $10 for members of the LEC and $15 for non members. Class size is limited, and advanced registration is required.
The second class being offered by the LEC is called "The Joy of Painting."

This class will allow students to paint either acrylics or watercolors. New painters are welcomed. This is a six-week class that will be held from March 14 until April 18 from 10 a.m. until noon.
The cost for this class is $75 for members of the LEC, and $90 for non-members. Class size is limited for this class as well, and advance registration is required.
